and staff. At Family Physicians of Carmel, our goal is to treat all

2. Personalized attention – All of our staff are dedicated to providing each patient with a positive experience. We understand that our clients have many health care options and we never take our patients for granted. We will do everything possible to accommodate all of your medical needs. We pride ourselves in our rapid response time to answering questions, answering telephone calls and offering same-day service for acute care.
3. Fast
service – Our same-day service policy is unique for
a full service outpatient medical facility. As long as you contact
us before 11:30 a.m., we will see you the same day for acute care problems.
Our staff is committed to meeting the needs of the customer over
their own personal needs. It is not unusual for our staff to work
during the lunch hour or after hours to accommodate all of our
patients’ needs.
4. Comfortable environment – Our office is conveniently located in the heart of Carmel at 310 Medical Drive, across from the Carmel Post Office. Our free-standing office provides ample parking space along with a wheel chair ramp and is handicapped accessible. Our examination rooms are designed to provide you with a comfortable environment where you can receive medical care in a relaxed, comfortable and professional manner.
5. Emergency converge – One of our doctors in on-call 24 hours a day to quickly respond to your medical needs. Our answering service is professional and friendly and specializes in healthcare practices.
6. Privacy and confidentiality – Our practice is dedicated to maintain the privacy of your individually identifiable health information. In conducting our business, we will create records regarding you and the treatment and services we provide to you. We are required by law to maintain the confidentiality of health information that identifies you. We also are required by law to provide you with this notice of our legal duties and the privacy practices that we maintain in our practice concerning your protected health information.
